On the one I haveġ shut down fast shut down/restart or what ever it is caused - no fixģ. Both freeze on restart after couple of rotations on the restart screen. One I have done everything to with no fix, the other Both have latest version of Win 10 with latest update. Again I have two computers just alike Acer Aspire M3970 motherboards with 6 g ram.
